Refund policy

Buyer understands they have purchased "Used" or “NOS” item(s) and there is no warranty or guarantee on the purchase, all items sold "as is." 

Understanding that, Carmichael’s Garage WILL NOT be held responsible if you choose to use th used/old parts. In general used parts are usable and we will not sell an item we feel is unusable. We will send it to the scrap yard instead to recycle it if we feel it cannot be used. If you disagree or the part is not a right fit please reach out to us and we can discuss a return.

Returns accepted for 30 days

We do understand sometimes it is not the right item and there are mishaps occur with shipping so we are happy to process returns. Please reach out to us if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will asses a full or partial refund as warranted by the situation.

Picture proof will be required. This is so we can determine if item needs to be sent back, if so we will pay for the return shipping label.
